The 2026 MNLA Winter Forum & Annual Meeting marked a historic moment for the association, welcoming the largest attendance to date and highlighting the strength and momentum of the green industry.

Held February 4–5, the two-day event drew more than 600 industry professionals, with an additional 150 students and educators attending on February 5. Over 40 vendor sponsors supported the popular Dreams & Solutions showcase, creating an engaging space for connection, innovation, and collaboration.

More than 350 members and guests gathered on February 4 for the MNLA Annual Meeting, where association updates were shared and industry leaders were recognized. The President’s Award was presented to David Anderson of Mayer Tree, and the MNLA Young Nursery & Landscape Professional Award was awarded to Nick Steiman, MCH, of Bigelow Nurseries.

The success of the Winter Forum & Annual Meeting was made possible by the dedication of MNLA’s volunteers and staff. Special thanks to the education team—Deb Trickett, MCH; Dan Trefethen; Trevor Smith, MCH; Chris Johnston, MCH; Lauren Schmitt, MCH; and Kerri Stafford—as well as registration staff Kayla Anger and Sherrie Bellefleur, whose professionalism ensured a seamless experience for attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors alike.

Thank you to our sponsors, vendors, speakers, attendees, students, educators, and volunteers for making this record-setting event possible. Plans are already underway for the 2027 MNLA Winter Forum & Annual Meeting, scheduled for February 10–11.
