Guidance on Pesticide Label Changes

The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources Pesticide Program has developed guidance (see here) regarding label changes that pesticide applicators will begin seeing as pesticide registrations are updated to comply with the Endangered Species Act (ESA).

While only a limited number of products currently contain this new labeling language, additional products are expected to incorporate these requirements over time. This guidance document is intended to provide a high-level overview of the changes and help applicators prepare for their implementation.
