The Massachusetts Nursery & Landscape Association (MNLA) is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the interests of green industry professionals. Established in 1910, MNLA promotes environmental horticulture and upholds the highest standards within the nursery and landscape industry. The association provides its members with educational opportunities, industry news, legislative representation, and business development resources.

The MNLA Foundation was established on January 14, 2003, as a 501(C)3 organization to provide Grants to individuals attending colleges, universities, and other technical schools in agriculture, landscaping, nursery and forestry science and technology.

In 2025, MNLA and the MNLA Foundation are partnering to bring a new MNLA Members only program that is dedicated to empowering MNLA members to support employee development. The Foundation Board has committed $15,000.00 in matching funds to the calendar year 2025 to jump start the MNLA Learning Grant Program.

The MNLA Learning Grant Program aims to empower our members by supporting their employees' professional development. By subsidizing educational opportunities, we strive to enhance industry expertise, promote best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the Massachusetts Green Industry.
