Tips for using the new MNLA website

Logging in for the first time

While your member account information from the previous website has migrated over, you will need to setup a new password to login to the new website. Follow these instructions to receive a temporary password and then create your own unique password.

  1. Visit the Member Portal login page.
  2. Click “Request Password” and enter your email address (the same email address that received this eblast is associated with your member profile).
  3. Check your email for the new temporary password and revisit the login page.
  4. Once you have successfully logged in, click Manage your member profile.
  5. With the About tab selected, click change alongside the password field and enter a unique password.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save & Continue.

Renewing your membership

After logging in click Submit payment for your next year of membership and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you will see your current member type listed and a button to Renew, Upgrade or Update Billing. Click that button and enter your payment information to renew your membership for 2024.

Assign business types, specialty tags, employees and more!

After logging in click Manage your member profile and click on the Additional tab. Here you can assign business types and specialty tags, add key employee contacts and note if you have MCH on staff.

Keep in mind that adding key employees is important if your staff should have their own website login for discounted event registrations and other member only benefits.
