The MNLA Women in Horticulture Committee cultivates a supportive network that inspires, empowers, and advances women in the green industry through connection, collaboration, and professional growth.

The Women in Horticulture Committee is a group of dedicated volunteers who work together to advance and celebrate the role of women in the green industry. Each member plays an important part in encouraging leadership, collaboration, and professional growth within the green industry and your association, the Massachusetts Nursery and Landscape Association (MNLA).

  • Oversee the annual Women in Horticulture Breakfast at MNLA’s Winter Forum (1.5-hour program).
  • Develop networking and professional opportunities for women across all sectors of the green industry.
  • Serve as a resource and voice for women in horticulture within the MNLA community.

To inspire, connect, and empower women in horticulture by creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and community.
