What happens when things don't go the way you planned?
Whether you're starting your first job, figuring out what's next, or trying something new, setbacks and unexpected challenges are part of the journey. Award-winning comedian and former corporate software consultant Rory Gardiner brings humor, honesty, and real-world perspective to the power of adaptability.
In this student-focused session, Rory shares practical strategies for building confidence, adapting to change, reaching impossible goals, and turning obstacles into opportunities. The examples are geared toward students beginning to think about careers and their future, but the lessons of resilience and adaptability apply at every stage of a career.
Come ready to laugh, think differently, and leave with a few tools to help you keep moving forward.
Pre-registration is required to ensure adequate seating and resources for all participants.
