MCH Annual Recertification Point Report

MCHs must earn a minimum of 8 credits every year for recertification.

If you did not recertify for 2026 (with credits earned in 2025) you will need to submit the past due form which includes a $25 late fee. After submitting that form you will also need to recertify for 2027 (with credits earned in 2026) in order to have a current certification. Questions? Contact us.
