Unfortunately, these rooms have limited capacity and we needed to reserve them for the professionals only. Students can drop their backpacks/jackets and complete their badge credentials here. Our team will give you a quick overview of the day and hand out the details on the competition & education portion of your special event.
Welcome & Introductions
Student Nursery & Landscape Competition Begins
The competitions are a scavenger hunt, plant identification, and tool identification. Top prizes will be given to the teams scoring the highest correct answers for these challenges. Students will find answers to their challenges in the VENDOR areas (Ballroom South) as well as the Plant I.D & Tool Challenge in Commons 2.
Interactive Challenge
Join MNLA’s team of Pros for an interactive challenge in Ballroom North.
Lunch with the Pros
Lunch with the Pros will be a round table mix of schools and students; so be sure to bring your questions about green industry opportunities. Anything from job openings, career paths, scholarships, internships, and more!
